large and small) to visit in the United States that we'd
be doing you a disservice if we just listed these few of
our favorites. Here are links to the official tourism
sites for each state. Here, you will find not only
interesting cities to travel to, but you'll learn about
other attractions that may be of interest to your family.

The Town of Leavenworth is a quaint little Bavarian Village
nestled in the central Cascade Mountains of Washington State.
It is located approximately 120 miles northeast of Seattle, and the
route there along Hwy 2 offers incredible scenery. There are all
kinds of activities available for both young and old. If you have
young children they will enjoy a trip to Icicle Junction
(Leavenworth's family fun center). Golf, Hiking, Rafting, and
Horseback Riding is also available, and the Bavarian style
shops and restaurants create a truly superb atmosphere.

Winthrop, Washington - The entire downtown area looks like a page from the old west,

Branson, Missouri - A great place to visit. Whether it is for a few days or an extended vacation there is plenty to

Family Fun in Portland, Oregon - Portland is the largest city in Oregon, located just across the border from
Washington State. It provides a great central location to explore the Oregon Coast, Mount Hood, and the

Family Vacations to Washington, D.C. - Offers a wide range of options for
both a fun and educational family vacation. Old and young alike will be thrilled
by all of the spectacular sights. Washington D.C. is loaded with interesting

Seattle Family Vacations - Seattle is the largest city in Washington State,

to see and do while visiting the area. While any visit to San Diego should include ample beach time, be sure and
allow some time while you are away from the beach to visit Sea World, Legoland and the world-famous San
Port Aransas, Texas - is on the northern tip of Mustang Island and is only about 30 minutes from downtown
Corpus Christi. It is often referred to as one of the best kept secrets on the Texas Gulf Coast.
Grapevine, Texas -If you are traveling to the Dallas/Ft.Worth
area for a vacation with the kids you need to consider Grapevine,
Texas as your base camp. Grapevine has it all from resorts with
their own water parks, to a shopping mall with Lego Discovery
Center, a Bass Pro Shop and a Coach outlet store, to a
historical downtown with a vintage train ride to Ft. Worth.
